River Rat Tales

To help you, the reader, understand my appreciation for country life, it might help if you knew how I grew up. Most of my childhood was spent on the banks of the White River in Spencer, Indiana (Owen County.) Looking back, we had lots of fun (and sometimes FUNNY) adventures. I could hardly wait to get out of the country while growing up. Then I moved to the city..and well...it's not all it's cracked up to be. I'm happily back in the country now and in these memoirs, I fondly reflect back on my life growing up in Spencer.
